Welcome to our best selling Rubber Rock! This one has been in our product line for over 20 years, and is a perennial favorite. It covers a lot of ground: 30 inches by 7 inches. With about an inch of total relief, it shows really nice, interesting detail, but doesn’t take up enough room to cause a clearance problem.
Like most of our Shale product line, Shale 18 can be used either right side up or upside down. Many of our customers buy it and cut it into many small pieces, blending them into the surrounding scenery. In N scale, if you cut it in half lengthwise, you can model 5 linear feet of outcrop with a single piece.
