HO Scale Oil Drum Dump
After early years in the mining and oil businesses, I spent the last 30 years of my career in the investigation and cleanup of contaminated industrial sites. Many of these sites were “drum dumps”, where drums and other containers of liquid waste had been deposited in out of the way places. Strict legislation has made drum dumps uncommon these days, but in the golden days of railroading, they were quite common. Note that this is one of the very few Rubber Rocks pieces that only fits one scale.
